How do I:

Log-in?

Get A UH ID:

Prior to going to the Manoa campus to get a UH ID, OLLI members, like all UH employees, students, and visitors, must:

       1. access the Lumisight app via a web browser or mobile app (Android or iOS) and
       2. register vaccine status and do a daily check-in on symptoms on the app.

No exceptions. Read about Lumisight on our FAQ page.

IMPORTANT: The Campus Center ID Office (Campus Center 212) hours are 10:00 am – 3 pm only. While some staff may be in the office beyond those hours, services are not available before 10 am nor after 3 pm. Please don’t reflect poorly on us by banging on windows or harassing staff.

Procedure for getting a UH ID

In 2019 the UH ID office added OLLI to the ID registration form, but it does not appear on the version you can download here.

UH ID Student Application Form

You must fil out the form with your name and UH ID # if you previously had one. Check the box for First UH Manoa ID because the only other choice is Replacement, and you are not getting a replacement. Since this form lacks OLLI, check the “Other” box and write in OLLI after you print it out.

There may be paper copies on a table in front of the ID office in the Campus Center that have the OLLI choice printed on them. Sign and date the form and give it to the staff and one of the following forms of identification:

  1. A valid State-issued driver's license with photo.
  2. A valid State-issued photo ID card.
  3. A valid passport with photo.
  4. A valid military ID card.
Office staff will check if you are listed in the memo of current OLLI members as eligible. If it is you will be charged $10, and if this is your first OLLI ID card, your photo will be taken. If you previously had an OLLI ID card, they will reuse that photo and issue you a new card.

Remember you cannot go to campus without the Lumisight daily clearance, and that the parking situtation remains difficult.

How do I add/drop classes?
For now, email Teagan olliuhm@hawaii.edu or Ninia wbarr@hawaii.edu and they take care of it. Sometime this month we will offer a training on how to do this yourself.
